Kindy Log on http://portal.esut.edu.ng/

Locate and click on the chat icon in the portal login page.

The chat icon has a reddish background color with a white chat icon inside it. And it is located at the left corner under the login form.
Once you click on the chat icon box, a chat form will appear.

Fill in all the areas giving in the chat form in order to gain full access to the chat full chat.

Then click on start chat located under the chat form when you are through with filling the form, to open a live chat with an agent

After you must have clicked the start chat you will receive a welcome message .

The next thing to do is to type in your issue of lost password in the live chat and send it.

Then wait for two minutes after sending your message for one of their chat support agent to come online.

Once they come online they will respond your message immediately by telling you to provide the following information

Your Registration number

Your full name

Your department

Sponsors name

After providing them with those information your portal login password will be sent to you immediately by the agent in the live chat.

Note: the Esut portal customer support is only open from Monday till Friday from 9.am to 2.pm in the evening. So any other day apart from these days mentioned is invalid
