Dean Students Affairs Reacts Over Alleged Propaganda Making News Round the School

The Dean Students Affairs Prof Mbah in a Brief discussion with Esutgist Boss Earlier this Morning, Made it Clear that the Alleged Propaganda Against one of the Esut SUG President Aspirant Ochendo has been Investigated and from his findings. The Alleged Propaganda is False and Misleading.

He went further to State that the School Management or the Vc which his Position has been advertised and will leave office Next Month will not have a deal with the Aspirant as Stated in the Propaganda.

How ever he has Made effort to Visit the Aspirant(Ochendo) Department and His CGPA is Up to 3.0. It was Signed by the Lecturer who computed the result and Signed by the HOD who forwarded it to the Student Affairs.  He further Said, If He the Aspirant has Paid the Department to Forge a Fake Result for him, Those involved in the business will be brought to Book Once He Finds out.

He advice Aspirants to be of Good Conduct and stay away from Propagandas because the evil you do or commit against your fellow students will come back to you.

Finally He said the Election will be Free and Fair.

The following procedure covers the voting process for voters(students) as follows:

1. Students who want to participate in the voting process must make full payment or second installment school fees payment for 2018/2019 session. Kindly note that 100 level students are not inclusive.

2. Students should login to their portal to get the login credentials of their institutional email address.

3. They are then required to login to the institutional email platform with their new email address and change the password from the supplied dummy password to a more personalized password.

4. The new email address serves as a medium to retrieve their voting pass code on or before the election day. Note that pass code will only be sent to students who are eligible to vote.

5. Students are to login to the voting platform with their matric number as the username and 2018/2019 school fees reference number (as stated in no. 1 above) as their password. After this a passcode or a link will be sent to their email address.

6. After retrieving the pass code, students are to login with the passcode as requested by the platform, to access the voting application dashboard. The dashboard makes the three types of Election visible to the voter as a Menu list.

7. Students are only allowed to vote for only one contestant in a position and then move on to the next position. Students can choose not to vote for any position they don’t want to.

8. After voting for their candidates for all the three Election types, the voter should logout. Note that the software will not allowed students to vote twice.
