ESUT Admission List 2020/2021 Academic Session is Out

This notice is for all prospective students of Enugu State University (ESUT). Esutgist wishes to inform you that ESUT first batch admission list for 2020/2021 academic session is out on JAMB portal.

How to Check ESUT Admission List

As of the time of makin this update, the admission list could only be accessed via the  JAMB CAPS Portal and JAMB Admission Checking Portal. Candidates can follow the procedure below to check their admission status:

1. Go jamb.gov.ng/efacility.
2. Login to your Jamb profile with your username and password.
3. Scroll down then locate and click the ‘Check Admission Status‘ tab.
4. Then click on Admission Status,
5. You should then click on check admission status or
6. Click on Access my CAPS.
7. Select the three doted line at the top right-corner of your browser ( i.e. ⋮) and then tick ‘Desktop site‘. (you can click on the image for better view)
8. Then click on admission status
9. You will either see admission in progress check back later, or NOT ADMITTED, or CONGRATULATIONS..

Case 1: If you see CONGRATULATIONS…, Accept/Reject your admission and wait for further instruction.

Case 2: If you see admission in progress, then be patient, the status will change in few days/weeks. Just check back after some time.

Case 3: Not Admitted, if in such case, please don’t give up yet! You might still gain admission. Just be hopeful!

CORE REASON SOME ASPIRATE ARE SEEING NOT ADMITTED ON JAMB CAPS

✴ Failure to re-upload there 0 level results

✴ The institution has not uploaded names on jamb portal.

✴ Making ESUT Second choice institution

✴ Below the standard required ( age and 160 general cut off mark)

✴  More candidates going for a competitive courses remember each department has a number of students to admit (quota).

 ✴ Failed to have  credit in required 5 subject in the ssce (0 level results)

VERY SOON THE LIST WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE ON THE SCHOOL PORTAL. When that happens, candidates will be required to check their admission status via the procedure below:

Check Admission List on ESUT Portal

Follow the steps below to confirm your admission on the school portal;

1. Visit the ESUT Website via esut.edu.ng
2. Click on “2018/2019 Admission Status”
3. Enter your JAMB Registration Number and select the session (in this case 2018/2019)
4. Click Submit to view your admission status. If you have been admitted, you must accept your admission on JAMB CAPS Portal.

Once you accept the admission, then follow the steps below to verify your account;

How to Verify ESUT New Student Account

1. Go to ESUT Website via esut.edu.ng:
2. Click on portal link;
3. Click on Verify Account.
4. Select new student and enter your jamb registration number;
5. Click on verify to verify your account.
6. Log into the portal with the username and password displayed.
7. That’s all! Your account has been verified! NOW…Proceed to pay Esut acceptance Fee
