Faculty of Management Sciences ESUT Gets New Professor, Prof Nneka Maduagwu

Dr Mr Nneka Esther Maduagwu is among the staff of Enugu State University of Science and Technology, ESUT that were promoted to a new rank. 

A staff of Business Administration in the University, Prof Maduagwu has cut her teeth in teaching, research, expertise and character building. 

PROFESSOR NNEKA MADUAGWU PROFILE

Prof. Nneka Esther Maduagwu is a Lecturer in the Department of Business Administration, Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) Agbani. 

She hails from Egede in Udi Local Government Area, Enugu State. She obtained her first degree in Business Administration from Enugu State University of Science and technology, Masters in Management (M.sc) and Masters of Philosophy degree (PHD) both in management from University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus.

Prof. Nneka Maduagwu aspires to use her intellectual skills and abilities to impact knowledge to students, workforce and entrepreneurs on a wide range of management. She exhibits fairness, respect, honesty, integrity among others while performing her duties. 

Prof. Maduagwu’s research focuses on current issues in management and recommendations were made on how high excellent performance will be achieved in organizations. Her works are well published in goggle scholar and research gate. 

She has attended many conferences and workshops and authored two text books on Contemporary Management Issues and Entrepreneurship Development. 

She has made contributions to three text books and has also supervised over 185 students’ projects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. 

Prof. Nneka Maduagwu loves reading, ball games and singing.
